HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

DANKU DANKU DANKU. Dankjewel voor jullie lieve reacties (zowel online als in real life) en jullie steun tijdens het voorbije jaar. Inderdaad, vandaag bestaat Bags & Chocolate precies 1 jaar!! Een jaar vol fashion, beauty en lifestyle, een jaar vol events, vol shoppen, vol nieuwe vrienden maar vooral een jaar vol uitdagingen. Uitdagingen voor mezelf (ik ben nog steeds allesbehalve goed in poseren) alsook voor de boyfriend en zus ('trek nog een paar foto's, het is echt nog niet oké'), mijn vrienden die mijn posts af en toe als eersten beoordelen (en soms notities voor mij nemen als ik - alweer - naar een event moet) en mijn ouders (die steeds ongerust zijn als ik op pad ben voor de blog). Ik heb het voorbije jaar heel erg veel toffe dingen gedaan, veel nieuwe vrienden gemaakt én mijn ongelooflijke onzekerheid overwonnen. Bloggen begon als een leuke hobby als ik even vrij had, maar neemt nu echt een groot deel van mijn leven in. And I love it. Dit eerste jaar was al fantastisch, en dit is nog maar het begin...

THANKS THANKS THANKS. Thanks for all the lovely reactions (online as well as in real life) and your support during the previous year. Indeed, today it's Bags & Chocolate's first birthday!! A year full of fashion, beauty and lifestyle, a year full of events, full of shopping, full of new friends, but above all, a year full of challenges. Challenges for myself (I'm still not good at posing) as well as for my boyfriend and sis ('take some other pictures, these are not okay' - THANKYOU!!), my friends who sometimes evaluated my posts before I publicized them (and who took notes for me when I had to go to an event - again) and my parents (who are always worried when I'm on the way for the blog). I did some fabulous things this year, made a lot of new friends ánd conquered my huge insecurity. Blogging started as a nice hobby when I had some free time, but is now a huge part of my life. And I love it. This first year was incredible, and this is still the beginning...
